Return Policy


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on majority of brands we carry within 15 days of receiving order. If you return an order offered with free shipping, buyer will receive refund less the outbound shipping costs. Furthermore, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges. In addition, most manufacturers’ charge a restocking fee on returned items. All returns must be returned in original cardboard boxes including all packaging material. Hardware must be properly secured inside returned packaging to insure it does not become loose and scratch the furniture on its way back to manufacturer. All returns must be submitted via email. Including reasons for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Assembled furniture
  • Items without original boxes
  • Mattresses
  • Marble dining and coffee tables
  • Some manufacturers have a strict return policy

In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, replacements are sent at no charge to customer. We simply ask to note any damage upon delivery and contact us immediately. Should you elect not to pursue replacements the damaged or defective products can be returned for credit as outlined in our return policy.

Parts Requests

We will replace any damaged or defective parts within 90 days from receipt of merchandise at no extra cost to buyer. Buyer must submit images of any damaged/ defective parts by email. However, if buyer decides to return the entire merchandise due to a damaged/defective parts, it will be considered a RETURN and our return policy stated above will apply. 

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests are sent to the manufacturer for approval. Order cancellations are not accepted if the item is shipped or being prepared for shipping. Refusal to accept shipment is treated as a return and buyer will receive credit less outbound and inbound shipping costs and manufacturer restocking fees. Restocking fees vary from 5% to 25% depending on the manufacturer or supplier.

Order Arrives Damaged

In the rare event the order arrives damaged, we request that you note the damage to boxes on your delivery receipt commonly known BILL OF LADING. It is recommended that you properly inspect the boxes for visible damage such as torn edges, holes and crushed ends. In most cases the cardboard boxes and protecting packaging material will protect the actual furniture. If any parts are damaged, we ask you to send us a picture for the damaged part to enable us to send you a replacement part at no cost to you
